Rex Eiserer is the Founder and CEO of Raekor. An accomplished inventor, entrepreneur, leader and Soldier, Rex has had extraordinary success across multiple industries and ventures.
He worked as a Group Leader at chip manufacturer, AMD, responsible for procuring and managing $900M of direct materials, memory, test equipment, and logistics to provide assurance of supply for AMD's manufacturing and engineering programs. As a Soldier, he served at Army Futures Command, as a direct report to the Deputy Commanding General of Army Futures Command and the Chief Innovation Officer of the Army. Here he defined and incorporated the Catalyst-Pathfinder program for AFC that enabled world-class universities to collaborate directly with Soldiers and build technologies that alleviate the Soldiers' pain points. He was one of the original leaders of the Austin office from the 75th Innovation Command, hand picked by the Commanding General for this critical role. He commanded an Aviation Brigade and led a battalion in combat, and has been awarded two Bronze Star Medals.
Rex has an MBA from UT Austin and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M and a BS in Physics from Texas A&M. He recently retired as a Colonel from the Army Reserve. He is the investor and holder of six patents.

Brad Perkins serves as the Principal Investigator for Raekor and leads of program management, manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Brad brings more than thirty-seven years’ experience in improving organizations, programs, and increasing sales for companies. His expertise in DoD business development, program management and development of strategic plans from the identification and qualification of opportunities, as well as captures of significant contracts and delivery orders to accomplish substantial annual growth and profitability is virtually unmatched.
In addition, Brad has twenty-one years direct experience in international traffic in arms regulations (ITAR) compliance, export licensing, military materiel exports, and international business development and international captures in the markets of Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Uzbekistan, UAE, and Singapore. Brad has worked in project and program management for multiple large defense contractors such as Textron, SAIC, and Northrop Grumman.
Brad has an MBA from Regis University, studied as a Post Graduate Fellow at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, and has a BS in Chemistry from Davidson College. He is a graduate of Army Ranger School, served as an Army battalion commander, was an instructor at the Army’s Command and General Staff College and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve.

He has served as Founder/CEO/COO to five private sector organizations, is a Limited Partner venture investor in three dual use funds, and a seasoned Board Advisor in the technology and retail space. He has participated in two successful exits, one to a publicly traded company and one to private equity firm. Boe has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration, from Goizueta Business School, Emory University. He also has a Master of Strategic Study from the Army War College, the Army’s premier strategic level leadership course.
Boe possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance (with polygraph) and was awarded Bronze Star and Distinguished Service Medal prior to retirement as a Major General, after 36 years of service.
