What is Evaporative Cooling?

Evaporative cooling is a well-established method to produce cooler air.   Evaporative cooling is a natural process where water evaporates from a surface, absorbing heat from the surrounding air.  This process cools the air as the water transitions from liquid to gas, making it an effective method for reducing temperatures, especially in hot and dry climates.  The North American market for commercial and consumer-grade portable evaporative coolers is dominated by well-known companies selling traditional, rigid-body, design evaporative coolers that are heavy and cannot be easily transported.  RAEKOR’s patented small form factor, extreme light weight, and ease of set-up & use now allows the same cooling performance to be achieved at 20% of the weight and size than previously possible.
